A Recap : New England Contemporary

We were invited into our client’s house with a goal or making it a home. With a request from our clients to work off of a blue, grey and white color palette we got to work!

The dining room features a beveled mirror which is surrounded by a solid wood panel finished in a black stain with natural wood grain details. And the oversized planter and fig tree is the perfect piece to add some dimension but not take away from the blue/grey grasscloth.

The Family Room was previously a dark dark green so we lightened up the space with white walls and cut back the drapery to allow the natural light peek through and the beautiful backyard and pond to take the stage. Ample seating was key for this room so we added to identical sofas, flanked by cozy accent chairs and antique side tables. The family room is the ideal space for our clients to gather with family and friends in front of the fireplace.
